Applications Procedure

HYDRO SEAL PRO G SUPER is a versatile and reliable waterproofing solution suitable for a wide range of concrete structures and surfaces.

  1. SURFACE PREPERATION:
    • Surface should be cleaned thoroughly by using wire brush and all loose particles, oil stains if any, dust, paint etc., should be removed and cleaned by sufficient quantity of water.
    • Un-plastered, un-even surfaces or any cracks on the surface should be repaired to make it even for better bonding.
    • Surface should be strong & sound.
  2. APPLICATION:
    • The prepared surface should be sufficiently wet and water stagnation if any, should be removed.
    • Then, the mixed HYDRO SEAL PRO G SUPER to be applied uniformly by brush both vertical and horizontal directions, one by one.
    • Two or three coats are recommended.
  3. WATER CURING:
    • Light sprinkling of water for 2 to 3 times on HYDRO SEAL PRO G SUPER applied surface for the first day provides an added advantage.

Product Uses

  • HYDRO SEAL PRO G SUPER can be used in all concrete structures, such as Roof tops, basements, water tanks, sunken slabs, swimming pools, retaining walls, slope roofs etc.
  • SEAL PRO G SUPER can also be used for coatings on asbestos sheets.

Product Mixing:

  • HYDRO SEAL PRO G SUPER should preferably be mixed mechanically to ensure uniform mixing for better cohesive consistency.
  • Take out the liquid portion of HYDRO SEAL PRO G SUPER to a bucket and slowly add powder portion while mixing is on.
  • Mix it thoroughly till a homogenous paint consistency is formed.
  • Mixed HYDRO SEAL PRO G SUPER should be used/consumed within 10 to 15 minutes. (Maximum).

Product Coverage:

  • HYDRO SEAL PRO G SUPER gives a coverage of above 300 sqft per pack, single coat (5Ltr liquid and 9 kg powder.)
  • STD Conforms to ASTM C190 / ASTM C348 / ASTM C 321 / Toxicity: BS 6920.

HYDRO SEAL PRO G SUPER gives a grey colour.

Product Packaging

HYDRO SEAL PRO G SUPER is packed in two separate components in 9 Kg powder and 5 litre liquid.

Product Shelf-Life:

HYDRO SEAL PRO G SUPER can be stored in original sealed pack under shade in dry condition for 24 months.

Product Storage

Application of HYDRO SEAL PRO G SUPER is not suitable for wet surface and during rain. Also, HYDRO SEAL PRO G SUPER applied substrate is not suitable for machinery or vehicular movement; only foot traffic is allowed.

Safety Precautions

HYDRO SEAL PRO G SUPER is non-toxic and non-flammable. Avoid prolonged contact with skin. Wear protective gloves for hands and goggles for eyes. Any splashes on the skin / eyes should be washed immediately with clean water. In the event of prolonged exposure, seek medical attention.
